Mayor Bill Rawls said he hopes to revive the idle City Beautiful by enlisting a new citizen’s committee. David Turner, Ruby Otis, Gem Bell, Walter Battle, Sierra Jenkins, Sheri Richards, Lisa Carlton, and Carolyn Flagg have agreed to serve on the board.

A vacant spot will be held on that committee for the future Director of Parks & Recreation.
